Interactive Housing Cost Map (1995-2022)

Hi everyone!

I've been working on a project that maps out all the house sales from 1995 to 2022, and it's finally live! You can see it here.

This map visualises house prices as a multiple of the median salary, in contrast to my previous map, which measured relative to CPI.

The key source of this data is from the HM Land Registry and ONS. It is then processed over several steps into MBTiles. The whole map is rendered on the GPU for performance. You can find it on GitHub.
